Бекап бд на почту

на каком-то форуме спрашивали

как на счет "бекапить вам на комп" - хз, а вот отсылать бекап на почту можно так:

льем файло в includes/cron

меняем мэйлы, желательно создать какое нибудь левое мыло, дабы не особо палится
